The Role

We are seeking a relational, winsome, and visionary Lead Pastor who will:

·       Shepherd and equip the congregation

·       Cast vision and lead the church into its next season

·       Build mature believers while reaching the unchurched

·       Strengthen discipleship pathways and community life

This is a meaningful opportunity for a pastor who would love to live in Ventura County and has a heart for spiritual formation and outreach.

Why are we looking for our next Pastor?

It was nearly 28 years ago that Pastor Tony Amatangelo felt a calling to plant a church in Moorpark, CA.  After many years of leading and shepherding, he has decided to retire.  PT as he is known, has prepared the church for transition and foresees continued growth for years to come.
